Q7: Is Cash on Delivery really available everywhere?
A: Yes! We offer COD across Pakistan – from Karachi to Khyber, Lahore to Quetta.
Q8: Do I need to pay extra for COD?
A: No, COD is completely free. You only pay the product price + shipping charges (if applicable).
Q9: Is online payment secure?
A: Absolutely! Our website uses **SSL encryption** (the green padlock in your browser). Your card details are processed securely and never stored with us.

A: Currently we don't offer installments, but we keep our prices affordable so you don't need them!

- Other cities: 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: 5-7 working days
Q13: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive:
- SMS with tracking ID
- Email with tracking link
- WhatsApp updates (if opted in)
Q14: What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
A: Our courier partner will call you before arrival. If you're unavailable, they'll try again the next day. After two failed attempts, the order returns to us.
Q15: Do you deliver to my city?
A: We deliver to ALL cities in Pakistan. Enter your address at checkout to confirm.

A: We offer **7-day returns** from delivery date. Items must be unused with original packaging.
Q17: Can I return opened products?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened baby oil, shampoo, lotion, powder, or cotton tips.

- Card refunds: 5-7 working days

Q19: What if I receive a damaged product?
