📦 Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Sunday.
- You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is shipped.

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan using trusted courier partners:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

❌ Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

- ❌ Incorrect address or phone number
- ❌ Customer unavailability after **two attempts**
- ❌ Refusal to accept order

The package will be returned to Day Nite Store.

Failed Delivery Charges:
- Rs. 200 return shipping fee will be deducted from refund
- Re-shipping charges apply for re-orders

🚫 Undeliverable Areas

If you live in a remote area where courier services are unavailable:

1. We will notify you immediately
2. Suggest alternative courier (if available)
3. Or cancel order with **full refund**

📅 Peak Season Delivery

During peak seasons:

- Eid holidays: +2-3 extra days
- Black Friday sale: +2-3 extra days
- Flood/weather events: +3-5 extra days
